We want you to love your Missoma jewelry, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 60 days of purchase. All returns must be in their original packaging and unworn to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place your jewelry back in its original Missoma box and secure it inside the shipping mailer, ensuring all tags remain attached.
Generate Shipping Label
Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your parcel to the nearest authorized drop-off point; you will receive a notification once your refund has been processed by our team.
